What is Bodytalk

Scientific research has explored and proven that your mind, thoughts, & emotions are all interconnected with your physical body, breath, and well being. Long distance sessions are accessible because the body-mind is an interrelated web. In other words, every part of you, from the smallest cell to the expansive spirit, is all one. If one part shifts, clears, or heals, then it affects the entire body-mind to also shift, clear and heal. Bodytalk encourages the relaxation response within your body-mind Identity to switch on self healing mode as it innately knows how to do. Somewhere along the journey of who you are today, stress, trauma, and pain created belief systems, habits and memories which block the body and mind’s natural healing mechanisms. Bodytalk creates a pathway of optimal communication to support the clearing of these blocks for healing at the foundational level where they began.

Bodytalk addresses and/or includes:

~Eastern Modalities: Traditional chinese medicine, consciousness, 5 elements, meridians, acupoints, chakra energies.

How it works.

Healing Self Energy is facilitated by my claircognizance abilities & structured intuition. Using both eastern and western healing, the act of "observing" & the vibration of language highlights words to acknowledged the relationship to them. This helps shift any imbalances in the body, mind or spirit. During a session, you, the client reconnects to their breath, thoughts, emotions, & physical sensations. Thus, a space is created for addressing the root cause of symptoms and facilitates self healing.

 

What to expect.

The session starts with any concerns or thoughts you would like to share & setting intentions for healing. Typically, a session is 45-60 minutes via distance session phone call (or in person). In a comfortable position with eyes closed, you will access a meditative state of awareness. I, the practitioner, observe the vibration of specific images and words & your relationship to them.

During the session, I verbally share whats being observed and any "stories" as they come up to keep you informed throughout the session. You can ask questions if they arise.

Read client testimonials as results are experienced within the first session. Typically multiple sessions are encouraged as stressful challenges, emotions & life pressures arise.

Technique

Focused on mindful breathing, a tapping technique is used over the body to encourage groundedness, staying present & the implementation observation.
